The Egyptian molokhia from Nile is sourced from the finest varieties cultivated in Egypt — renowned worldwide for their deep green color and naturally high iron content. Our molokhia is grown in carefully managed plantations that follow sustainable practices without any chemical additives or pesticides.

Upon arrival at our factory, the molokhia leaves are stripped and selected in a dedicated area to ensure purity and freshness. Only the best leaves, with a small portion of the stem, are kept — completely free from foreign herbs, insects, or parasites.

The leaves are then washed, sorted, blanched, and finely chopped before being quickly frozen to preserve their nutritional richness, natural aroma, and authentic taste. Each pack is automatically weighed and sealed under strict hygiene standards, maintaining a precise moisture balance for ideal texture and flavor.
